Shipping cost
Standard shipping is FREE on every order, with no minimum purchase. There are no hidden handling fees.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 8–15 business days (about 9–18 business days from the day you order).

United States: Free shipping, 8–15 business days
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: Free shipping, 8–15 business days
European Union: Free shipping, 8–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs or peak holiday periods can add a few days. For Christmas delivery in the US, we recommend ordering by November 28.

Where we ship from
Our products are shipped from partner fulfillment warehouses. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Customs and duties
Any local duties or taxes not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or late packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
